The delivery is made in any town in Romania. The delivery term is indicative and applies only to the products that are in stock at the time of placing the order. For products that have specified a different delivery date in the product description, the delivery term expires from the moment of the specified date. The courier company (third party) will contact you on the day the package is delivered.

Return Policy

You can return the products, for any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

According to the legislation in force, “The consumer has the right to unilaterally denounce the distance contract, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. The only costs that can be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products” according to O.G. 34/2014, for individuals who purchase products from websites, using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in O.G. 34/2014.

Also, the costs of re-shipping will be borne by the customer. “

Thus, please inform us of your intention to receive your money back, by completing the Return Form, then send the product to the EXOTIQUE FASHION SRL headquarters, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you have received the parcel. The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the Return Form.

After receiving the returned items and checking them, the money will be reimbursed, by bank transfer, within 14 calendar days after receiving and checking the returned products.

The returned products must be properly packed, with the labels intact, without signs of wear (such as: stains, traces of make-up, smell, tears or any form of damage to the product). According to the legislation in force, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

The return payment is borne by the customer.

The return is free if the products have manufacturing defects (for example: the material is torn, torn, hanging, the product is missing accessories).
